All about Zakynthos

The Historical War Museum was established in 2018 and is located at the Galaxy Beach Resort Hotel in Laganas. It is an official branch of the "Historical - National Museum of Anastasios Liaskos", founded in 1995, in Kontodespoti, in the Municipality of Messapia, Evia.  The exhibits and memorabilia of the Museum depict the history of World War II. It includes three-dimensional war scenes with faithful recreations of battles from the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Life-size dummies, uniforms, combat equipment and vehicles of the era bring modern history to life.
